Talentjakten is Talenta Group’s first university nationwide program and it is supported by Innovation Norway.

While companies in the country are emphasizing on finding competent workforce, this platform is meant to fill in the gap between academics and the job market by providing expertise and unique resources to 20 best students who will be selected across universities in the country at three different competitive stages.

“We have a Manpower team who will select these students through an intensive application process. Applicants will be required to send their resume as well as an academic report before advancing to the next stage. Successful applicants shall proceed to do personality and skill tests. The final round will be held in Oslo and finalists will present a sale speech in two minutes to convince the judging team. About twenty top students will be selected for this year’s program,” said Silje Urke Antonsen from Talentjakten.

The program is designed to develop a student’s personal abilities in relation to the workforce. Andre Ree, a Masters student in Logistics, stated that it is an exciting opportunity for students in Molde to get a chance to participate.

“I will send in my application then see what happens, but as a Master student it may be hard to find time because of my tight program,” he explained.

The thirty minute presentation ended with a question and answer session that arose from many curious students as well as an impromptu one on one chat with Silje Urke Antonsen. The application forms can be found on their website. Last chance to apply for the programme is the 30th of September.
